LYNKSIN has taken reasonable steps to protect the information users share with us, including, but not limited to, setup of processes, equipment and software to avoid unauthorized access or disclosure of this information.


Any payment data including credit card information will be transmitted securely using HTTPS to our payment processing gateway. No personal payment information is stored on LYNKSIN servers. Please see section D of this Privacy Policy for more information.

All Users’ account information will be stored securely via Stripe and may be deleted by the User at any time at their discretion.

You are responsible for the protection of your password which is crucial to the security of your account. You are responsible for all actions that take place under your account and therefore, you agree to not share your password with anyone. If anyone does access your account through use of your password, you may be responsible for any activity that occurs through that access. We will never ask you for your password or any other sensitive information through email. You should notify us immediately if you are ever asked for this information through email or if you believe someone has accessed your account without your authorization. You can change your password at any time by logging into your account on the Site.


We may have access to your password and may use it for the purpose of debugging, trouble shooting, maintenance quality assurance, or other internal purposes as required by the system.


This Privacy Policy applies to those who use our Services or submit information through use of our Site. You are required to provide specific personal information to us when you create an account and use our Services, which includes posting messages, creating a profile, participating in contests, responding to surveys or subscribing to newsletters or other mailing lists. The personal information we collect from you generally may include:

your name; email address; date of birth; payment and billing information; username; location; your preferences; submissions to various contests and promotions; responses to surveys; communications sent to us by you; your subscriptions to newsletters and services offered by us; and any other information you submit to LYNKSIN when choosing to create your profile and participate in various activities on the Service.

If further personal identity verification is needed, we may also collect from you information including, but not limited to, passport information; driver’s license information; permanent and temporary address; tax-related information; and other information as may be required to verify you in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Use of our mobile app may result in further collection of data such as operating system and hardware type, numbers or codes that are unique to your particular device (such as IDFA or an Android Ad ID), device information, default device language, the location of your device (at a GPS level), and app usage information. In some cases, this data may also be linked to your other information, including your location data.

Furthermore, use of LYNKSIN through a social networking service, may result in collection of your user ID, user name and any information you make public using that service. If you have authorized the social networking service to share any information with us, we may also collect that information. This may include your public profile information, email address, birthday, friends list, and pages you have “liked”.


We collect and use information to provide and improve our Services available through our Site. We use this information to respond to inquiries or service requests and monitor any responses; provide information about and market our products or services; resolve problems; notify you of new features or services; and manage the Site, including enforcing the terms of the User Agreement, and assess its usage and usage of the Services.

We may use your information to send you marketing and advertising content related to our goods or services or goods and services on behalf of a third party. This information may be in the form of direct mail, email, push notification or display media.

We may use your information to communicate with you about our goods and services that we believe you may be interested in (as long as you have not requested otherwise); newsletters and information for which you have signed up; and administrative purposes (such as informing you of material changes to our Services or User Agreement or for customer service purposes).

Your information is used to improve the quality of our Service and to create new features, promotions, functionality, and services such as by storing, tracking, and analyzing user preferences.


We disclose any information required by law, such as in compliance with a subpoena, warrant, court order, levy, attachment, or order of a court-appointed receiver or other comparable legal process. In cases where a specific user or group of users is identified, we will take reasonable efforts to inform you of any request for information. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to contact you for reasons such as time, court order, inability to contact you or any other reason.

We may further disclose information we believe, in good faith, is in cooperation with investigations of fraud or other illegal activity or in furtherance of an investigation of violations of our User Agreement. This may include sharing information, on a good faith basis, with victims who request it.

We do not sell or rent personally identifiable information to anyone who is not affiliated with LYNKSIN. We may disclose personally identifiable information to proper third-party affiliates of LYNKSIN to provide information about available goods or services. We may use non-personal information, without direct association with any specific individual or group in an unlimited manner. We do share information with companies that provide marketing or similar services for us. The sharing of this information is only to improve our services and the marketing and advertising of those services; not for the improvement of third-party marketing. Our marketing and advertising affiliate companies are required to protect your personal information and cannot use your personally identifiable information for any other purpose.

Similarly, we share your information with our parent, subsidiaries and joint ventures to create a coordinated and consistent Service to you, through enforcement of our User Agreement and to ensure trust and safety. If acquired or merged by another company, sharing of information with the new company would also take place, with the new company also being bound by this User Agreement, unless subsequently updated or changed.


We may disclose information to your agent or legal representative. 



When you visit our Site, we may send one or more cookies to your computer or other device, which may enable us or others to uniquely identify your browser. Some cookies may remain after your browser is closed. These are used each time you visit the Site but can be removed by following the directions on your particular browser. Others are only temporary and should disappear each time you exit your browser. All cookies may be able to be disabled, however, this may affect some features of the Site and some of our Services may not be fully functional.


As a result of use of our Service, our servers may automatically record certain information that your device sends whenever you visit any website and use certain apps. These server logs may include information such as your web or app request, Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, browser type, browser language, referring/exit pages and URLs, platform type, number of clicks, domain names, landing pages, pages viewed and the order of those pages, the amount of time spent on particular pages, the date and time of your request, and one or more cookies that may uniquely identify your browser.


The Site contains links to third party websites and may redirect you to third party websites (“Third Party Sites”). These sites include, among others, service providers who have a relationship with LYNKSIN. Use of third-party links is at your own risk. Each third-party site has its own terms of use and privacy policy and you should therefore review each when visiting a Third Party Site.  LYNKSIN is not responsible for, in control or and has no say in the Third party Sites including, but not limited to, any content displayed on, any damaged caused by or the working condition of the Third Party Sites. LYNKSIN reserves the right to make changes to or remove any third party links at any time.


Some advertisements on our Site are placed by third-party advertising partners. They may also use cookies or retain certain information in order to collect information about your interest and activities. They may further mobile device identifiers to recognize your particular device each time they send you an advertisement. By recognizing your device, they can further measure your interaction with any particular advertisement and where you are seeing their ads which allows the third-parties to target their advertisements accordingly. Similarly, we may use comparable technology to advertise our own Services or to determine which advertisements our Users prefer or are most effective.  Identifiers may be derived from a hashed or encrypted version of personal information like your email address. Advertisements may differ between your devices.

If you would like to opt out or to obtain more information about how we or our third party associations collect your data and use it, please visit In some cases the “opt out” method may be cookie based in which case you may need to opt out each time you remove cookies from your browser. Opting out will not remove ads or lessen the number of advertisements you receive.


This Site is not directed toward children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect or solicit information from, market to or accept services from children.


Public postings on LYNKSIN, browser information, and other non-personal information such as age, location, and other data where a person is not identified.


LYNKSIN will send email communications to users when proper such as: welcome, confirmation, maintenance, and other necessary emails.

Users will not be automatically signed up for any 3rd party communications unless they make a separate agreement with that company.

If a member does not wish to have the prescribed data tracked or does not agree to any section of this Privacy Policy in whole then the member may opt out by deleting their account. Deletion of an account will erase only personal data.

All non-personal information where a person is not identified will be retained for demographic and marketing purposes that will help in providing a better quality product to current and future members of our Services.

In the event of a transfer, sale or change in control of LYNKSIN we are authorized to transfer all information in our possession at the time to new owner so the service can continue to operate.


LYNKSIN reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy as it sees fit. Members must agree to the new policy if they wish to continue using the Services.

LYNKSIN will alert members that the Privacy Policy has changed via email from a LYNKSIN account, and upon log-in by way of a banner.

Continued use of the services after the policy change acts as an agreement to the new Privacy Policy.



This Policy is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, U.S.A. without giving effect to any principles of conflict of law.
